DELIVERABLES & AGREEMENT

By purchasing a website design service, you will receive the following deliverables based on your selected package and platform (Wix or Shopify):

• Custom-designed website built on the selected platform

• Responsive design optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile

• Page structure and layout based on the approved intake form

• Integration of client-provided content (text, images, branding)

• Contact forms, booking forms, or ecommerce functionality as applicable

• Basic SEO setup (page titles, meta descriptions, site structure)

• Domain connection support (domain remains with current provider)

• One final review prior to delivery

Deliverables vary by package. Additional pages, features, or revisions beyond the package scope may require an added fee.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely completion, the client agrees to:

• Submit the completed design intake form in full

• Provide all required content, branding, and access credentials when requested

• Review drafts and provide consolidated feedback within the stated revision window

• Maintain ownership of their domain and third-party services (email, hosting, etc.)

Delays in providing information or feedback may extend the project timeline.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time begins only after:

• Payment has been received in full

• The design intake form has been fully completed

• All required content and access credentials have been provided

Turnaround time does not begin at the time of inquiry, consultation, or purchase alone.

Revisions

• Revisions are limited to the number included in your selected package

• Revisions apply to design/layout adjustments only

• Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional fees

• Major content changes after approval may reset timelines

Domain & Access Authorization

• The client understands that temporary access to their domain provider account may be required to connect the website at launch

• No domain ownership transfer is required

• Email-related DNS records (MX records) will not be altered unless explicitly approved by the client

Final Delivery & Launch

• Once the final review is approved, the website will be published or transferred to the client’s account

• Ongoing maintenance, edits, or updates after launch are not included unless purchased separately

• The client is responsible for platform subscription fees (Wix, Shopify, apps, email services, etc.)

Agreement Acknowledgement

By submitting this form and purchasing a website design service, the client acknowledges and agrees to:

• The stated deliverables and limitations

• The turnaround time policy

• The revision policy

• The no-refund and no-chargeback policy once work has begun
